The Sealoflex System comes with a fifteen year guarantee and providing the flatroof has been maintained and an inspection is carried out prior to the fifteen year guarantee finishing, A new layer of top coat can be applied which will extend your guarantee for a further five years and can be continually be upgraded every five years.
